308 N HITE AVE Encroachment Permit issued for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel, working for Crown Castle, will be installing roughly 501 feet of new aerial fiber along existing lines between N. Hites Ave. and Pryor Ave., impacting the area around 308 N Hite Ave (owned by FOWD Properties LLC). The aerial-only project — no digging — is scheduled for July 27 to August 9, 2026, and will require a temporary lane closure on the northbound/eastern lane of Chickasaw Ave., so expect short traffic adjustments while crews string the cable.
