4627 Saratoga Hill Rd encroachment permit issued for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel, working for Crown Castle, is installing about 71 feet of new aerial fiber on existing poles near 4627 Saratoga Hill Rd, with the work taking place on Chenoweth Run Rd between Saratoga Hill Rd and Easum Rd. The job is aerial only (no digging), will require a temporary closure of the northbound/eastern lane of Chenoweth Run Rd, is scheduled between July 20 and August 2, 2026 with the actual work expected to take around two days, and the property is owned by Edward J. and Donna J. Mattingly.
