1735 W Burnett Ave encroachment permit for water/meter vault repairs

Louisville Water, via applicant Brad Walter McBride, will be repairing three meter vaults and a water vault at 1735 West Burnett Avenue; crews will work between McKloskey Avenue and South 17th Street and will stage in the parking lane rather than excavating the street. Expect one 5x5 sidewalk cut (all sidewalks will be replaced within 48 hours), lane and sidewalk closures as needed, and restoration per Louisville Metro Public Works utility policy — work is scheduled May 7 to June 12, 2026, with Clay Robinson listed as the project manager.
