1429 Garland Ave encroachment permit for road closure and manhole installation

TRC, LLC (working with Koetter Construction) will install a new manhole for a development at 1429 Garland Ave, between 15th and 13th Streets, with work scheduled May 15, 2026 to June 12, 2026.
