1429 Garland Ave encroachment permit for road closure and manhole installation
TRC, LLC (working with Koetter Construction) will install a new manhole for a development at 1429 Garland Ave, between 15th and 13th Streets, with work scheduled May 15, 2026 to June 12, 2026. Epsilon Realty Co LP is paying for the project, the road will be closed while crews excavate (sidewalks will remain open), and contacts include project manager Andrew Meyer of TRC and MSD contact Jerry Bond for questions.
