505 S HANCOCK ST submitted for Right of Way encroachment permit

Mitch Metry of Badgett Constructors, LLC has applied for a right-of-way encroachment permit to repair the existing sewer line serving the Commonwealth of Kentucky building at 505 S Hancock St. The work—scheduled May 25–June 12, 2026—includes replacing concrete sidewalks with subgrade repairs, blocking the parking lane and sidewalk on Hancock, and bagging six meters, so expect temporary lane and sidewalk closures while crews are on site.
