822 S 1ST ST encroachment permit for curb lane and sidewalk closure and UG cable
Louisville Gas & Electric Company is set to do underground electrical work for the Commonwealth of Kentucky FBO Kentuck at 822 S 1st St, installing new cable through existing manholes and closing the southbound curb lane and sidewalk. The work is scheduled May 4–Aug 7, 2026 (14 days listed) and notes there will be no pavement cuts — so expect lane and sidewalk closures but not big trenches across the street.
