530 S 13TH ST encroachment permit for curb lane closures and underground cabling
Louisville Gas & Electric Company will be doing underground electrical work at 530 S 13th St (owned by DAW Louisville LLC), pulling cable through manholes along S 13th between W Chestnut and W Main. The job runs May 4–Aug 7, 2026, will close the northbound and southbound curb lanes one at a time (no full road or sidewalk closures and no pavement cuts), so expect crews and cones rather than big digging; project contacts are Justin Malloy and Derek Wilkins.
