101 W Main Street TRC, LLC installing flood gate stem; road closed
TRC, LLC is installing a new stem for a flood gate at 101 W Main St on behalf of MSD, working in the block between W Main and W Washington at the intersection with N 1st. The road will be closed May 11–18, 2026 (sidewalks and pavement won’t be disturbed); the property is owned by Louwexy LLC and the project is paid for by MSD — MSD contact Jerry Bond, site contact Jason Coffman, project manager Andrew Meyer.
