515 Tin Dor Way encroachment permit continued; road closure and water main

Louisville Water Company is continuing a water‑main installation at 515 Tin Dor Way on property owned by Wilcox Joel Kelly. The work—managed by Jacob Clark with Basham Construction as contractor—will close the road between Tin Dor Way and Kirsch Way, involve one pavement cut about 575' x 4', and crews will plate and reopen the road to local traffic at the end of each work shift (scheduled roughly 04/26/2026–05/30/2026).
