1409 Phyllis Ave Encroachment Permit Issued for Lead Replacement Project

Louisville Water Company will replace a lead service line at 1409 Phyllis Ave for owner Louisville Rental Houses LLC, with work scheduled May 3–30, 2026. Expect a lane and sidewalk closure between Montana Ave and the end of Phyllis Ave as contractor Basham Construction makes one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the west side (the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift); restoration will follow LMPW utility policy and residents were notified on 4/27/2026, with Joseph Sloan listed as the project manager for questions.
