4414 Lake Louisvilla Dr Encroachment Permit for sanitary sewer road closure

Louisville Paving and Construction (applicant and project manager Joseph Richardson) is planning a full road closure on Lake Louisvilla Drive to install new sanitary sewer lines for the Park Springs Section 2 neighborhood at 4414 Lake Louisvilla Dr; the property owner is Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville. Work runs April 24–July 6, 2026, will include about 31 pavement cuts, excavation, and a complete mill-and-resurface to LMPW specs, and neighbors will get a 10-day notice before the closure as remaining property service connections are completed.
