5209 DIXIE HWY submitted for encroachment permit for driveway changes
Axis Engineering Consultants, LLC (applicant Brian Braun) has submitted an encroachment permit to build a Tidal Wave Auto Spa express carwash at 5209 Dixie Hwy. The owner, Lawson George D Jr, plans to close the existing driveways, add a new driveway entrance with a curb cut, and the work is scheduled from 08/01/2026 to 02/01/2027, so expect some construction activity along Dixie Highway during that period.
