127 W Main St seeks encroachment permit to close curb lane and emergency repair

Louisville Gas & Electric Company is performing an emergency repair to a transformer in a vault at 127 W Main St. The owner, Whiskey Row Owner LLC, is listed and crews have applied to close the northernmost westbound curb lane (and the sidewalk) between N 2nd St and N 1st St while they work — the record notes no pavement cuts will be made or restored.
