4225 LA SALLE AVE encroachment permit for water main replacement
Louisville Water Company is moving forward with a water-main replacement on La Salle Ave between Saint John Ave and Bluegrass Ave, with work scheduled at 4225 La Salle Ave from 04/26/2026 through 10/31/2026.
