800 W Market St encroachment permit for bus parking at Holiday Inn Express

Holiday Inn Express & Suites, via applicant Edwin Campbell, has applied for an encroachment permit to allow a University of Central Arkansas bus to park next to the hotel at 800 West Market Street. The short-term request would bag meters in the 200 block of South 8th Street (meters 200A/B) from April 23–26, 2026, and a $65 fee has been paid. The property owner on file is Rolling Hills Louisville LLC, so expect a UCA bus or two near the lobby for a few days.
