2125 Bashford Manor Ln sidewalk closure encroachment permit submitted
Schaefer Contracting is building a new Take 5 Oil Change at 2125 Bashford Manor Ln and will close the sidewalk on the southbound side of Bardstown Rd between Glenworth Ave and Bashford Manor Ln while work takes place at the corner. About 20 feet of sidewalk will be excavated and then repaved with concrete to be ADA-compliant; the property owner is HAQS LLC and Flagger Force (applicant Andrew Smith) will handle the sidewalk closure and traffic control.
