2125 Bashford Manor Ln encroachment permit for drainage pipe near Bardstown Rd

Schaefer Contracting is installing a Take 5 Oil Change at the corner of Bardstown Road and Bashford Manor Lane — 2125 Bashford Manor Ln — on property owned by Haqs LLC. Applicant Andrew M. Smith of Flagger Force says crews will close the right westbound lane between Bardstown Road and Adele Ave to install a drainage pipe in the grass along the westbound side, with no pavement cuts planned and a promise to clean up and restore the turf; work is scheduled to start May 11 and run through early June.
