6622 Melrose Ave applied for encroachment curb cut to build driveway

Lonnie Williams has applied for an encroachment curb cut to create a driveway for a new residential build at 6622 Melrose Ave on behalf of owner Creative Property Management LLC. The plan calls for an asphalt driveway with the portion in the right-of-way limited to 20 feet and a hard, durable surface, while outside the right-of-way it may be up to 50% of the lot (maximum 32 feet) and must lead to a garage or the rear yard; work is scheduled to start in April 2026.
