4308 Flintlock Dr encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure and dirt cut

Louisville Gas & Electric Company will make a small dirt cut to repair a gas leak at 4308 Flintlock Dr for owner Marcum Scottie T. They’ve applied to close the eastbound curb lane and will perform a single 3' x 5' dirt cut between Powder Horn Dr and Doe Run Rd starting 04/24/2026 through 05/22/2026, with the cut to be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy; project contacts are Derek Wilkins and project engineer Mia Carman.
