1426 Lytle Street Encroachment Permit for Weber Group Sewer Connection

TRC, LLC is installing a new sewer connection for the Weber Group at 1426 Lytle Street. Crews will tap an abandoned sewer lateral and install roughly 35 feet of SDR-35 pipe to a new private service connection (PSC), with excavation on the street and a road closure between 15th and 13th — sidewalks won’t be affected. Final restoration will follow the LMPW Utility Policy Manual, and the project is being paid for by property owner 1416 Lytle Development LLC.
