802 Cecil Ave MSD project to reconstruct and replace drainage basins

Construction Services Plus LLC, led by David Faulkner, will remove and replace drainage basins as part of an MSD basin-reconstruction project at 802 Cecil Ave, which is owned by the 802 Cecil Ave Family Revocable Trust. The job runs from 05/05/2026 to 05/19/2026, will require excavation and a curb cut, and will include a temporary sidewalk closure (no lane or road closures expected) with three No Parking signs posted while crews work.
