11106 Compass Ave submitted for encroachment permit for small cell upgrade
Crown Castle Fiber LLC is planning a small-cell equipment upgrade to install a new small-cell utility pole at 11106 Compass Ave along Cedar Creek Rd. The project (May 4–18, 2026) will place a Class 3 wood pole with an omni antenna and radios and requires a one-lane shoulder closure on Cedar Creek Rd; permit contact is Jessica Carter.
