3101 River Park Dr encroachment permit for lane closure; water main replacement

Louisville Water Company is planning a water-main replacement on River Park Dr between S 31st St and S 30th St that will impact the right lane near 3101 River Park Dr; the property owner is Trobaugh Roderick L Heirs Or Devisee. Work by AllTerrain Paving, overseen by Project Manager Scott Reynolds, will close the right lane with a flagger from about June 7 to July 18, 2026, and includes pavement restoration per LMPW utility policy with all utility markings removed when the job’s done.
