505 English Station Way submitted for small cell installation encroachment permit

AT&T, working with contractor Mastec (applicant Kevin Wade), has submitted an encroachment permit to install a small cell at 505 English Station Way. The project, scheduled to start June 30, 2026 and run through July 17, 2026 (the record lists a three-day work duration), calls for a new wood pole, an omni antenna, a compact outdoor load center, a power supply unit, an antenna mount and concealment shroud, two remote radio heads, and all associated electrical components and mounting brackets. No lane, sidewalk, or road closures are planned and the work is listed on grass rather than pavement, so it should be a fairly low-impact neighborhood installation.
