6410 BLACK OAK LN encroachment permit filed for curb lane closure and dirt cut

Louisville Gas & Electric Company will close the southbound curb lane on Black Oak Lane between White Oak Lane and Ronnie Lane to perform a 3' x 5' dirt cut to repair a gas leak at 6410 Black Oak Ln. The work is scheduled April 24–May 22, 2026, the cut will be restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy, and the property owner is Joslin Deandrea N; LGE contacts on the project include Derek Wilkins and project engineer Mia Carman.
