3101 River Park Dr encroachment permit for left-lane closure; water main work

Louisville Water Company is replacing a water main on River Park Drive, affecting the block around 3101 River Park Dr (owner: Trobaugh Roderick L Heirs or Devisee). Between S 31st and S 30th streets the left lane will be closed with a flagger, crews will make a roughly 497' x 5' pavement cut from 3101 to 3003 River Park Dr, AllTerrain Paving is the contractor, work runs April 26–June 6, 2026, and restoration will follow LMPW utility policy after completion.
