1222 Cherokee Rd Encroachment permit issued to replace sidewalk in ROW

Caley Thomas Coughlan has an encroachment permit to remove and replace the sidewalk in the right-of-way in front of 1222 Cherokee Rd. The work is scheduled April 17–May 17, 2026, will require a sidewalk closure, and calls for new concrete at least 4 inches thick with joints; a $65 fee has been paid and the permit is issued. Expect a short detour while crews are on site.
