3340 Bardstown Rd encroachment permit submitted for sidewalk access and driveway
Micah Aurora Bidwell of STV is applying for an encroachment permit to demolish and redesign/rebuild the McDonald’s at 3340 Bardstown Rd, with work that will affect existing sidewalk access and the driveway. Owned by Metts Frank R Tr, the project is slated to run from April 24 to July 31, 2026, includes planned sidewalk closures and excavation, and is currently submitted for review.
