410 S 1ST ST encroachment permit issued

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) will install a water service at 410 S 1st St for property owner Superprestige Madd Limited Liability. The work is scheduled April 20–24, 2026 and expected to take about three days; crews will close the southbound curb and driving lane and the west-side sidewalk for one 5x5 street cut and one 5x5 sidewalk cut, plate the road and reopen it at the end of each shift, follow LMPW restoration policy, bag two meters while coordinating with PARC, and list Clay Robinson as the project manager—so expect a short interruption to traffic and the sidewalk.
