Owner JES Commercial Properties LLC is listed, no excavation is planned though a lane closure is expected, work is scheduled for 04/23/2026–04/29/2026, and neighbors from 4508 to 4512 Bishop Ln will receive in-person notices and dated door hangers about the timing.
