1579 Belmar Dr encroachment permit for northbound curb lane closure and pole work

Louisville Gas & Electric Company is planning work on Belmar Dr that will close the northbound curb lane for a pole replacement project between Twin Dr and Indiana Ave. At 1579 Belmar Dr (owner Garrett Erika Jayne), LGE will be replacing two utility poles with work scheduled from April 17 to May 15, 2026. The record notes no pavement cuts and says the area around the poles will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy, so expect lane shifts but not a full road teardown.
