7504 FAIR LN: LGE applied to close northbound curb lane for UG electric
Louisville Gas & Electric Company, with applicant Derek Wilkins, plans to close the northbound curb lane on Fair Lane to perform a single 3' x 70' asphalt cut at 7504 Fair Ln to install underground electric. The work is scheduled April 17–May 15, 2026, and the pavement will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy on the Pulte Homes Of Ohio LLC–owned parcel.
