3206 Wessel Rd encroachment curb cut permit issued to widen driveway

Alma Bueso Sandoval has an encroachment permit to widen the driveway at 3206 Wessel Rd, including a curb cut and asphalt paving; the permit was issued and work is scheduled to begin April 13, 2026, with an expected completion by October 13, 2026. Within the city right-of-way the driveway can only be up to 20 feet and must be a hard, durable surface, while outside the ROW it may be up to half the lot width (up to 32 feet), and it must lead to the garage or rear of the house — so it’s a careful driveway expansion that follows the usual curb-cut rules.
