401 W Main St applied for encroachment permit for 2026 Juneteenth bus tour parking

The Seniors Ministry of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church is organizing a Juneteenth bus tour of Louisville sites, with a planned stop at the Ed Hamilton statue of York on the Belvedere on Saturday, June 20, 2026, around 10:00–11:30 a.m. They’re requesting temporary exclusive use of the metered parking spaces on the north side of Main Street between 4th and 5th at 401 W Main St (property owned by Schneider Riverfront LLC) so seniors can safely board and disembark; the request notes 14 no-parking signs and bagged meters for the stop.
