9000 FOX CHASE RD encroachment permit issued for gas main service

Louisville Gas & Electric Company plans to close the southbound curb lane on Fox Chase Road between Adams Run Road and the dead end to install a gas main service at 9000 Fox Chase Road. Work for owner Heather Hitchcock calls for a single 4' x 117' dirt cut starting around April 13, 2026 and expected to finish by May 11, 2026; cuts will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy and this continues earlier work that was pushed back due to development off Buechel Church Road.
