10321 Shelbyville Rd submitted for installation of solar-powered LPR camera

Flock Safety plans to install one solar-powered license-plate-reading (LPR) camera and Flock pole for LMPD near 10321 Shelbyville Rd — the pole will sit on the east side of Dorsey Lane, just west of 10325 Shelbyville Rd near the Dorsey Ln/US-60 intersection. The camera will be aimed at northbound traffic on Dorsey Lane; crews expect a small dirt street cut, will park a van on the adjacent grassy right-of-way, and list Horizontal Properties as the owner, with work eyed for April 1–May 4, 2026.
