Hutchins Telecom, working with applicant Chris Lindsey of Yates Engineering, plans to close the S 15th St curb lane between Congress Street and Pirtle Street to overlash fiber optic cable onto an existing strand. The work will affect properties from 112 S 15th St to 226 S 15th St (owner Russell Phase II Ltd), is scheduled for around April 20–27, 2026, requires no excavation, and neighbors will be notified in person with dated door hangers a week before construction.
