1729 Duncan St encroachment permit issued for curb and lane closures

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) is installing a water service at 1729 Duncan St for the property owned by LT & JT III Investors LLC. Crews will make one 8x8 pavement cut and one 5x5 sidewalk cut between 17th and 18th Street, closing the eastbound curb and driving lane on the south side with traffic control and flaggers; the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift. Restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, they’ve requested eight No Parking signs, and work is slated to run roughly from April 15 to May 15.
