330 E Oak St encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure, manhole installs
Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) is scheduled to do underground electrical work at 330 E Oak St for owner Fam 1 Reality LLC. They’ll close the eastbound curb lane between S Floyd St and S Preston St and cut two 3' x 5' patches of asphalt to install manholes from 04/10/2026 to 05/08/2026, with the cuts restored per the LMPW restoration policy.
