340 E Ormsby Ave Encroachment Permit Issued for LGE work and lane closures

Louisville Gas & Electric Company has filed to do electrical work at 340 E Ormsby Ave on property owned by Work The Corps LLC, with crews scheduled from April 10 to May 8, 2026. They plan to close the eastbound and westbound curb lanes (not at the same time) to replace four utility poles and make two 3' x 5' asphalt cuts to install underground electrical manholes, with the area around the poles restored under the LMPW restoration policy.
