1225 Gardiner Ln Encroachment Permit Issued for LGE work

Louisville Gas & Electric Company is back with a continuation encroachment permit to do utility work at 1225 Gardiner Ln, a property owned by Schoening Investments Ltd. They’ll intermittently close the westbound and eastbound curb lanes (not at the same time) between Poplar Level Rd and Bunton Rd from 04/13/2026 to 08/11/2026 to make a 3' x 35' asphalt cut, a 3' x 5' dirt cut and install a pole; cuts will be restored under LMPW policy and line transfers/pole removals will be coordinated through the NJUNS notification system.
