1810 Congress Street Encroachment Permit Issued for Water Main

Louisville Water Company (LWC) is planning an encroachment on Congress Street to install a new water main at 1810 Congress St, with Kelli Starnes listed as the applicant and Complex Properties By Akers LLC as the owner. The project will close Congress Street between S 18th and S 19th Streets, involve one pavement cut roughly 5' x 230', and the road will be plated and reopened to traffic at the end of each work shift.
