7401 Trade Port Dr encroachment permit for fiber optic placement
Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, is installing about 2,839 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber and four handholes along Greenbelt Highway near 7401 Trade Port Dr on property owned by Trade Port Partners LLC. The crew will use directional boring with any digs kept in the shoulder, but expect temporary lane and shoulder closures from May 11 to May 24, 2026; Mark Seevers (Team Fishel) and Jon Tarnowski (Crown Castle) are listed as contacts and the project has state permit approval.
