9604 Inca Dr Encroachment Permit for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, is planning fiber-optic conduit work tied to the parcel at 9604 Inca Dr (owner Gary Sherrard) along Yuma Way between Inca Dr and Cochise Way. The plan shows about 350 ft of new 2‑inch HDPE duct with fiber and one 24"x36"x24" handhole at this site, and a total of roughly 1,437 ft of 2‑inch duct and two handholes across the project. Most placement will be in the shoulder/sidewalk with temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures, one small test/pothole crossing, and excavation expected between June 1 and June 14, 2026.
