9618 Inca Dr: Encroachment Permit for Fiber Optic Placement

Team Fishel, working for Crown Castle, is planning fiber work at 9618 Inca Dr, a property owned by Lovo James Keith, to run new conduit and install handholes. Crews will directional-bore about 700 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct (about 1,437 feet total shown on the plans) and install two 24"x36"x24" handholes in the shoulder/sidewalk area, with temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures scheduled May 25–June 7, 2026 (no full road closures expected).
