9618 Inca Dr applied for Encroachment Permit for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel, on behalf of Crown Castle, will be placing fiber optic cable along Johnsontown Road near 9618 Inca Dr — the property is owned by Lovo James Keith — installing roughly 1,437 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct (including a short ~50-foot segment) and two 24-by-36-by-24-inch handholes. The work will be done by open-cut trenching with temporary lane, shoulder, and sidewalk closures between Johnsontown Way and Johnsontown Road from May 18 to May 31, 2026; project contacts are Mark Seevers (Team Fishel) and Jon Tarnowski (Crown Castle).
