500 S 4th St Encroachment Permit issued for bagged meters and bus parking

Lee Wallace of The Seelbach Hotel applied to bag meters and reserve space to park one bus at 500 S 4th St from May 1–4, 2026. The encroachment permit was issued (fee paid $65) and lists bagged meters 5-1 and 5-2, so expect those metered spots to be temporarily unavailable while the hotel handles the short-term setup.
