6624 Melrose Ave encroachment permit to create driveway

Lonnie Williams has applied for an encroachment permit on behalf of owner Creative Property Management LLC to install a driveway for a new residence at 6624 Melrose Ave. The plan calls for an asphalt curb cut: the driveway can be up to 20 feet wide inside the right-of-way (and must be a hard, durable surface), up to 50% of the lot width outside the ROW (maximum 32 feet), must lead to the rear yard or garage, and a sidewalk is required — work is scheduled to start April 2, 2026 and finish by October 2, 2026.
