4503 Broadleaf Drive encroachment curb cut permit to create driveway

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville has applied for an encroachment curb cut at 4503 Broadleaf Dr., with applicant Emma Whitaker listed, to create a driveway for a new home. The permit limits the right-of-way portion to 20 feet wide and a hard, durable surface (outside the ROW the driveway can be up to 50% of the lot, max 32 feet), requires the driveway to lead to the rear yard or garage, and calls for a sidewalk.
