1905 Stevens Ave submitted encroachment curb cut permit

Louisville Water Company is doing a lead service replacement at 1905 Stevens Ave for owner Marlena Hwang, with work scheduled April 5 through May 1, 2026. Contractor Basham Construction will make one 4' x 5' pavement cut in the left lane, close the lane and sidewalk (the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift), and restore the area per LMPW utility policy; resident notification letters were sent on March 30, 2026.
